Are you some one who is responsible for looking after someone but don’t get a chance to sit down and look after yourself?

Cuppa 4 A Carer is a chance for carers to connect with someone who is in a similar situation to them. Whether the discussion is about your day to day or you simply want to discuss the weather, it is a great opportunity to come and take some time for yourself and meet someone new.
